In some areas a travel fee may be applicable. This will be quoted to you at the time of booking.
Once your booking has been taken a confirmation letter will be emailed to you containing your party details and the Smiles terms and conditions. Payment must then be made prior to your event to secure your booking. You can pay online with your credit or debit card via our secure No Chex system. Alternatively you can pay with a cheque or postal order. The terms and conditions must also be signed and returned to the Smiles Head Office in Brighton to finalise your booking.
Your allocated entertainer will then contact you 2 days prior to your event to introduce themselves. They will be happy to talk over all the activities and final details. You can also contact the office at any time prior to the party.
